Position: Associate Professor (Part-Time)

From the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, we are seeking an associate professor to teach part-time during the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year in the Department of Economics.

Subject to be taught:

Corporate Taxation for Decision-Making.

Education and Training:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably with active research activity in economic history.
• PhD in Economics would be highly considered.

Experience:

• Professional experience in tax matters.
• Research activity, especially in the tax area, would be an asset.

Abilities and Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to generate impact and motivate students.
• Pedagogical skills, including the use of a wide range of didactic and digital media, and application of different teaching methodologies.
• High emotional intelligence, including self-motivation, empathy, and influence.
• Involvement and commitment to teaching and research.

Required Experience and Key Skills:

• Experience with AI, Genetics, Clinical Trials, Pharmacy Residency, Research, Teaching, Higher Education Teaching, Curriculum Development, Grant Writing, Program Development, Mentoring, and Research Laboratory Experience.
