The Role :

The Associate Product Manager at AirDNA will be the go-to person for all sales-led product development and rollouts. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure our B2B products are best-in-class, drive new business, and reduce churn. Your expertise in data-driven insights, stakeholder management, and technical problem-solving will help shape our enterprise offerings.

Here's what you'll get to do :
  1. Own the Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO) Tourism Insights dashboard, becoming the expert on its features, onboarding, troubleshooting, and future enhancements.
  2. Lead enterprise reports, ensuring seamless delivery, optimizing processes, and identifying automation opportunities.
  3. Manage API product inquiries and development, prioritizing customer needs and driving key feature improvements.
  4. Partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance go-to-market strategies, supporting expansion in enterprise and hedge fund markets.
  5. Translate technical documentation into customer-friendly insights, improving data quality and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Here's what you'll need to be successful :
  1. 2+ years of experience in product management.
  2. 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical roles such as data science, engineering, or technical support.
  3. Full proficiency in English both verbal and written.
  4. Product Management Experience : Ability to build and prioritize roadmaps, create PRDs, and drive product adoption.
  5. Technical & Analytical Skills : Understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, data integrations, and experience working with data products.
  6. Sales-Led Mindset : Comfortable working with sales teams to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  7. Communication & Stakeholder Management : Ability to work cross-functionally and simplify complex technical information.
Nice to have :
  1. Experience with Sigma, Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  2. Background in hospitality, tourism, or real estate tech.
  3. Prior exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS or data products.
Here's what you can expect from us :
  1. Salary range 40,000 - 45,000 EUR annually
  2. Indefinite contract
  3. Eligible for a 5% annual bonus
