About Dexcom

Dexcom develops and markets CGM systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and healthcare providers. Our solutions are designed to improve outcomes and empower the community to take control of diabetes. We are seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to join our Data Solutions team, which is part of our Global Product Management division. This team focuses on creating mobile and software solutions that enhance customer experience across our product lines, including Therapy Management Software available in over 50 countries and 30 languages.

Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager, you will drive the development and delivery of our Therapy Management Software, focusing on feature discovery, localization for the EMEA markets, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, discover innovative solutions, and ensure the success of our software. This position is based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with EMEA customers and internal teams to monitor software performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Support downstream marketing, medical, clinical, and market access teams in EMEA as a subject-matter expert.
  • Translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications with engineering and design teams.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in the Diabetes Medical Technology industry.
  • At least 2 years in product management, diabetes care, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of therapy management software and healthcare markets in Europe.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following : German, Spanish, etc.
  • Experience working with R&D to develop products based on customer and business needs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
