Formación

  • 3-5 años de experiencia como Generalista de RRHH.
  • Licenciatura en recursos humanos o campo relacionado.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida del empleado, incluyendo onboarding y gestión del rendimiento.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento con regulaciones laborales y políticas de la empresa.

We are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist to join our team and help us take our HR operations to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

How your day will look like. You will:

  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and rewards.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update employee data on internal platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support key annual HR initiatives and agendas.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with RateGain’s core values.

Education & Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or a related field.

Knowledge:

  • Experience in a SaaS or product-based company is a plus.
  • Risk & Safety basic knowledge.

Skills:

  • Good understanding of various HR processes (Performance Management, Compliance, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively engage with employees and resolve queries.
  • Proactive in addressing HR challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Strong focus on accuracy in managing employee data and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player.
  • Trusted partner in maintaining confidentiality and ethical HR practices.
  • Keen to develop and grow within the HR field.
  • Open to change and agile in a fast-paced work environment.
