HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program is seeking a Growth Partner Development Manager to enhance partner selling and servicing capabilities by enabling new partners. The program is designed for companies aiming to expand their inbound services to clients.

Role

As a Growth Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will lead enablement and growth strategies for newly acquired partners, supporting their co-marketing, co-selling, and co-servicing efforts with HubSpot. Your focus will include driving partner-sourced deals and developing partners’ servicing capabilities to achieve tier advancements such as Gold and beyond. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Manage a Book of Business: Independently manage up to 150 HubSpot Solutions Partners, nurturing, retaining, and expanding their accounts and client portfolios using scalable strategies.
  2. Coach and Develop Partners: Guide partners in go-to-market strategies, co-selling practices, and customer retention, acting as a liaison to connect them with growth opportunities within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  3. Apply Business Insight: Analyze partner business structures, market data, and performance metrics to help position HubSpot ROI and services effectively.
  4. Drive Partner Sales: Influence sales and marketing initiatives, assist in process and execution, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HubSpot products.
  5. Collaborate across Teams: Advocate for partners internally to resolve issues, support renewals, and foster growth.
  6. Incorporate Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B): Promote DI&B topics through discussion, education, and advocacy.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Fluent in German, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
  • Has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, with sales experience as a bonus
  • Has 2+ years working with technology platforms, with technical proficiency
  • Possesses strong prioritization and time management skills, with experience in scale teams preferred
  • Has experience in SaaS industry and understands SaaS go-to-market models
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Can identify and strengthen areas in partner development strategies
  • Can gather requirements, drive shared goals, and deliver results
  • Thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments and adapts quickly to change
  • Is customer-centric and aligned with HubSpot’s mission
