Formación

Discover Impactful Work: The (Associate) Medical Director will provide medical support and advice for clinical trials and safety evaluations within the Pharmacovigilance department.

A Day in the Life:

  • Provide medical leadership to study teams, including creating clinical trial protocols, reviewing and approving study documents, and ensuring compliance with scientific standards.
  • Real-time medical monitoring of clinical studies to ensure subject safety and data validity, addressing issues proactively.
  • Support protocol review, coordinate with internal teams, serve as liaison between sponsor and internal departments, and educate investigator sites and staff.
  • Act as the medical point of contact for stakeholders, including interacting with investigators, IRBs, and Health Authorities, and providing medical training.
  • Ensure study compliance with SOPs and GCP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to clarify medical risks, issues, and results.

Education:

  • MD, MB/BS or equivalent degree with strong medical knowledge, preferably with clinical experience in neurology.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical trials, and pharmaceutical medicine.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Understanding of NDA submission process and regulatory guidelines for adverse event reporting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, team-oriented attitude.
