They are seeking an Associate Medical Director to join their renowned team to help contribute to the research and treatments that are currently in development.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the operations and strategic direction of the local medical team.
• Drive the creation and execution of the annual medical strategy across therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with global plans.
• Spearhead initiatives to generate clinical evidence for all key therapeutic areas.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with prominent external experts, professional associations, and healthcare organisations.
• Provide scientific and medical insights to support product strategies, competitive positioning, and compliance with promotional standards.
• Oversee the review and approval of materials for both promotional and non-promotional use.

Requirements :

• 7+ years' experience in Medical Affairs
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong experience with KEEs
• Extensive experience as a manager with direct reports
• Novel drug launch experience
• Excellent communication and presentational skills
