A leading technology company seeks a manager to lead a software application development team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a minimum of 6 years of experience in the industry. This full-time position requires collaboration with senior management to ensure timely delivery of software solutions and effective team communication.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more software languages.
• Relevant cloud certifications (PMP, CTO, or MBA) are a plus.

Basic Qualifications :

Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

Technical knowledge of package applications.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Other Qualifications :

An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training are a plus.
