Alexion seeks an Associate Director of Scientific Communications Excellence to drive governance, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across publication platforms. You will partner with Sci Comms teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure best practices and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include developing standards for compliance (ICMJE, GPP2022, GDPR, Sunshine Act), championing automation, and providing oversight for tools like iEnvision, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in pharma or medical communications operations or excellence.
• PMI/ PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel/Smartsheet, Power BI, and reporting tools.
• Experience with automation tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Knowledge of ICMJE, GPP2022, GDPR, and Sunshine Act compliance.
• Hands-on experience with publication management systems (iEnvision Datavision, SharePoint, Veeva).
