Overview
The Associate Director, Field Business Lead, Iberia is a is a hybrid role between Sales (70%) and Marketing (30%) and will be responsible to develop and execute local brand plans and tactical plans in Iberia (Spain 90% / Portugal 10%) with focus on driving the overall management of selected Alnylam products.

Overview
The Associate Director, Field Business Lead, Iberia is a is a hybrid role between Sales (70%) and Marketing (30%) and will be responsible to develop and execute local brand plans and tactical plans in Iberia (Spain 90% / Portugal 10%) with focus on driving the overall management of selected Alnylam products.
Acting as field-based expert, this person is the primary customer facing Alnylam person responsible for the sales performance in Spain and Portugal.
The role will be the primary interface with the Global Rare Marketing team and has important matrix interactions in the country. This person will ensure excellent alignment and communications from Iberia to the Global team and help ensure that the regional team has the necessary insights regarding local country dynamics.
The role reports to Senior Director, West International Cluster Head for Rare Disease Business Unit.
The position is based in Spain, preferably in Madrid.
