We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging data analysis to challenge and improve global business processes, products, services, and software. You will collaborate with global business leaders and relevant teams to identify requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance efficiency and create business value.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

1. Participate in creating epics.
2. Manage user stories and backlog creation, updates, and grooming.
3. Create and update Blueprint documents based on technical needs.
4. Data Discovery:
   • Work with Data teams, cross-functional groups, and SI partners on data discovery activities.
   • Participate in multi-part data discovery sessions, document meeting notes, record requirements, and follow up.
   • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with vendors or implementation partners.
5. Collaborate with Implementation Partners and handle day-to-day activities:
   • Address technical queries during technical sync calls.
   • Manage queries related to PO priority and roadmap.
   • Address architectural and data-related questions in tech sync calls.
6. Work with Product Owner and Technical Product Leads:
   • Introduce the Engagement 360 program to cross-functional teams, including demos, PI planning, and sprint planning.
   • Understand the PO's vision and prioritize accordingly.
   • Coordinate with the PO for approvals and clarifications, and engage vendors/SI partners for architectural validation and solution clarity.
