Associate Buyer

Location: Leszno / Madrid / Casablanca

Purpose of Role:

We are hiring an Associate Buyer to join our Procurement team, responsible for procuring direct materials for WME across our global network. This role offers a development opportunity in a fast-paced environment for a professional to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to improve overall supply base effectiveness.
• Create and maintain commercial information in SAP.
• Develop stocking policies with the supply base and implement best practice delivery systems through SAP.
• Contribute to developing procurement strategies for direct spend.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors, supporting our safety culture.

Job Knowledge, Education, and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• SAP (or similar MRP system) skills are desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
