In many of our offices, our KENSINGTON partners are looking for motivated and committed team assistants (m / f / d) to support the office team and contribute to the smooth organisation of work processes. As a team assistant, you will fulfil an important role between the office manager and the team and contribute to further expanding our success.

  • Administrative and organisational support in the whole team area in the office
  • Coordination of appointments, meetings and events
  • Processing of correspondence and creation of documentss
  • Reception and support for customers and business partners
  • Maintenance and updating of data and information in real estate software
  • Support in the preparation of sales activities and marketing campaigns
  • Travel planning and invoicing for the office team
  • Office supplies ordering and stock management
  • Support in the organisation of company events and team activities

Your profile

  • Full commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as an assistant or in office management, ideally in the real estate sector
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and the use of office software
  • Organisational skills, reliability and structured work
  • Communication skills and service-mindedness
  • Discretion and confidence when dealing with sensitive information
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a holistic view even under pressure
  • Interest in real estate and the property market
