Role Description

We are looking for a highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive Assistant to our Sales Director . This is a

full‑time remote position based in Spain , where you will play a key role in driving our sales operations forward.

You will manage communication channels, maintain professional phone etiquette, and handle executive administrative tasks that help our Sales Director focus on growing our business. What you’ll do

Support day‑to‑day sales operations and maintain our sales funnel. Provide high‑level administrative assistance to the Sales Director. Organise schedules, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth communication. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy. Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude.
