We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to support our Creative Director. This role blends administrative support with basic design and copywriting tasks, making it ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Organize and manage creative assets, project files, and documentation
  2. Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating creative workflows
  3. Maintain project management tools (Google Suite, Slack, Asana)
  4. Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deadlines
  5. Support the Creative Director with basic graphic design tasks (social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials)
  6. Assist in preparing creative assets for marketing campaigns, website content, and product launches
  7. Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
  8. Organize and manage design files and reusable templates
  9. Help with photo editing and light retouching as needed
  10. Create compelling, on-brand copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials
  11. Use tools like ChatGPT to generate and refine copy while ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and tone
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content that supports campaign goals
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  1. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  2. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Slack
  3. Basic design skills using Canva and Figma
  4. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  6. A creative mindset with a passion for design, branding, and marketing
  7. Tech-savviness: Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools as needed
  8. Detail orientation: A strong eye for detail and ability to ensure pixel-perfect designs
  9. Adaptability: Willingness to adjust designs quickly based on feedback and evolving priorities
  10. Creativity: A knack for bringing fresh ideas to the table while staying aligned with the brand's voice and aesthetic
  11. Basic HTML skills (optional): Knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor edits or troubleshooting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or related field OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  2. Experience working with creative teams, marketing departments, or design agencies
  3. Familiarity with basic photo editing and file management
  4. Interest or background in wellness, health, or lifestyle brands is a plus
