Position:

Liu Jo is seeking an excellent Assistant Store Manager for the Store Liu Jo de Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to all operational and management activities of the store;
• Handle assisted sales, incentivize sales, and improve benefits through teamwork;
• Motivate and train new sales staff;
• Supervise key performance indicators of the store to improve its success;
• Ensure the store has an attractive aesthetic, in line with the brand's visual merchandising policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in the fashion sector with mid-to-high-end women's clothing brands;
• Ability to coordinate and work in a team;
• Attractive and empathetic communication style;
• Results-oriented;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Interest in fashion and related trends;
• Good level of English;
