Assistant Restaurant Manager – Turks & Caicos – Up to $42k

Our client, located on the beautiful Turks and Caicos Island, is a luxury resort that offers an incredible setting to work. Known for its exceptional service, strong team culture, and commitment to employee growth, this is a great opportunity to relocate and join a talented hospitality team!

• Annual service charges, insurance benefits, and housing provided with a private single apartment.
• 2 weeks of vacation plus home leave every year.

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including staff management, service standards, and guest relations.
• Previous experience working in the Caribbean or at a tropical resort is a plus.
