Responsibilities

• Supports Relationship Managers and Group Heads in client interactions and activities with precision and timeliness.
• Customizes client requests including reporting, statistics, and mailings.
• Manages RM/GH calendars, prepares client meetings, and arranges travel.
• Compiles presentations and supports marketing activities as needed.
• Regularly collects and exchanges information essential for the role.
• Executes operational transactions such as investment instructions, payments, loan requests, and account openings with accuracy.
• Collaborates within the Intermediaries team for triage and trouble-shooting.

As an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) Intermediaries you will be responsible of supporting one or more Relationship Manager(s) (RM)/ Group Head(s) (GH) in daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management. The ARM interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information and supports the RM in implementing customized solutions.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Supports RMs/TH in client interaction and all related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents etc.) with high-quality, precision and timely responsiveness
• Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)
• Manages the RM/TH's calendar, prepares client meetings, organizes business trips, completes the post processing of client calls, client meetings or business trips for RMs/TH
• Compiles presentations and supports marketing activities if needed (client reception, meetings, business trips, events etc.)
• Regularly collects and exchanges relevant information necessary for the job
• Carries out with precision and within the required deadlines all transactions related to the operational activities generated by the Intermediaries and their end-clients, e.g. investment instructions, payments, loan requests, special conditions, account openings, etc.
• Responsible for the trouble-shooting activity within the Team together with the other ARMs

YOUR PROFILE

• Sound affinity with the geographic market(s) covered, i.e. familiar with the legal and regulatory environment as well as cultural awareness
• Good understanding of relevant products and services in Wealth
• Management with focus on the Intermediaries market
• Basic knowledge of global financial markets and current developments in the industry
• Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with RMs and clients from diverse backgrounds)
• Ability to handle sensitive situations reliably and discreetly, with high level of risk awareness
