Position: Assistant Project Manager

Purpose & Overall Relevance: This role involves managing projects related to business process development and implementation, utilizing appropriate project management methodologies, and fostering high-performing team environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support portfolio, program, and project management activities, including report compilation and file maintenance.
• Investigate operational needs, problems, and opportunities to recommend improvements.
• Support measurement activities, data collection, report generation, and analysis.
• Assist in defining and managing project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in English.
• At least 3 years in IT, with 1 year as an Agile Expert (Scrum Master).
