IE University’s Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level, starting in the 2026 academic year. We welcome applications for openings in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Operations, and Business Analytics departments.

The successful candidates will have the potential to develop an active research program resulting in publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty from various disciplines and provide intellectual leadership in their area.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution by the time of appointment. Prior teaching experience is a plus, and Spanish proficiency is desirable but not required. English is the primary language of instruction and communication.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
