IE Business School is seeking applicants for tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, HR Management, Operations, and Business Analytics, starting in the 2026 academic year. IE University’s Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level, starting in the 2026 academic year. We welcome applications for openings in the Strategy , Entrepreneurship , Organizational Behavior , Human Resource Management , Operations , and Business Analytics departments.

The successful candidates will have the potential to develop an active research program resulting in publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty from various disciplines and provide intellectual leadership in their area.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution by the time of appointment. Prior teaching experience is a plus, and Spanish proficiency is desirable but not required. English is the primary language of instruction and communication.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
