La Universidad Carlos III de Madrid busca un Profesor Asistente para su Departamento de Ingeniería Aeroespacial. El candidato ideal tendrá un PhD en Ingeniería Aeroespacial o campos afines, con hasta 6 años de experiencia postdoctoral, enfocado en la enseñanza y la investigación. Se espera que desarrolle un programa de investigación competitivo y publique en revistas de alto impacto.

Job Description

The Department of Aerospace Engineering (DAE) at UC3M is seeking expressions of interest for an Assistant Professor position.

Ideal candidates will have a background in Aerospace Engineering or a related field, with up to 6 years of postdoctoral research experience. Responsibilities include teaching approximately 100 hours per academic year, supervising BSc and MSc theses, developing a competitive research program, publishing in high-impact journals, and advising PhD theses.

Qualifications

Compensation and Duration

• Gross salary: €30,000 - €40,000/year, depending on experience
• Initial contract: 3 years, extendable up to 6 years based on reviews
