A leading company in specialty ingredients is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the production process. Responsibilities include supervision of production activities, organization of work plans, and documentation preparation. Candidates should possess university studies and at least 1 year of experience in food production, along with familiarity in ERP programs and training in food safety.

Support the production manager in managing and supervising the entire production process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production activities.
• Organize daily work plans.
• Monitor daily production and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure production plans are met.
• Assist in production planning.
• Prepare documentation such as packing lists and labels for sales orders.
• Supervise the list of materials and collaborate with other departments.
• Ensure correct labeling and palletizing of packaged products.

Education & Experience Education :

• Proficiency in Office Suite.
• University studies (highly desirable).

Experience :

• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of ERP programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in food production plants.
• Training in food safety.
• Experience with SAP.
