A leading supplier in Spain is seeking a Production Manager to oversee and optimize production processes. The role involves managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and documenting production plans. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and strong ERP skills, contributing to a dynamic and diverse environment.

Formación

  • At least 1 year of experience in food production plants.
  • Training in food safety is required.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and ERP programs.

Descripción del empleo

Support the production manager in managing and supervising the entire production process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise production activities.
  • Organize daily work plans.
  • Monitor daily production and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure production plans are met.
  • Assist in production planning.
  • Prepare documentation such as packing lists and labels for sales orders.
  • Supervise the list of materials and collaborate with other departments.
  • Ensure correct labeling and palletizing of packaged products.

Education & Experience Education :

  • Proficiency in Office Suite.
  • University studies (highly desirable).

Experience :

  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good command of ERP programs.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food production plants.
  • Training in food safety.
  • Experience with SAP.
