TEMPORARY CONTRACT

POSITION OVERVIEW

Execute the necessary tasks to support the development, launch, and monitoring of products and marketing projects for the American Crew brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as Jr. Project Leader in the development and follow-up of launches and animations assigned.
  • Coordinate internal administrative processes for new launches (creation of codes, forecasts, reports, presentations, etc.).
  • Prepare and present internal and external project briefs, including advertising agencies. Follow-up and coordinate advertising shoots with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress through reports or presentations.
  • Manage orders with external suppliers.
  • Maintain documentation archive and image library.
  • Assist in updating product artworks under the supervision of product managers.
  • Coordinate sending of product samples and packages to various markets.
  • Handle market requests, providing product images, renders, and Dropbox links for marketing materials.
  • Assist with market requests for COGs and other tasks as needed.
  • Support creation and distribution of merchandising tools and materials globally.
  • Collaborate to promote “Always On” education courses.
  • Conduct monthly performance analyses for markets.
  • Perform social media audits and prepare reports on competitors’ strategies and launches.
  • Prepare materials for international meetings.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the marketing department.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Education
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited institution.
  • Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience
  • Understanding of the grooming industry, ideally from haircare.
  • Positive, dynamic, confident attitude.
  • Structured thinker with articulate communication skills.
