TEMPORARY CONTRACT

POSITION OVERVIEW

Execute the necessary tasks to help in the development, launch and monitoring of products and marketing projects for the American Crew brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Act as Jr. Project leader in the development and follow-up of the launches and animations assigned to him/her as responsibility.
  2. Coordination of the internal administrative management processes required to carry out a new launch (creation of codes, request for country forecasts, preparation of reports and presentations for meetings, etc.)
  3. Preparation and presentation of internal and external project briefs, including advertising agencies. Follow-up and preparation of advertising shoots along with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Monitoring reporting of assigned projects through reports or presentations.
  5. Control and follow up of orders/orders placed with external suppliers.
  6. Updated maintenance of documentation archive and image library.
  7. Under the supervision of the product managers, assist in updating product artworks by sending comments and modification requests to the design team.
  8. Coordinate the sending of product samples and packages to various markets.
  9. Handle market requests, including providing product images, renders, and Dropbox links for marketing materials.
  10. Assist with Market requests for Cost of Goods (COGs) and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  11. Support the creation and distribution of merchandising tools and materials from a global level.
  12. Collaborate with the team to promote “Always On” education courses.
  13. Conduct monthly performance analyses for various markets.
  14. Perform monthly social media audits and prepare reports on direct competition’s communication strategies, campaigns, collaborations, and product launches.
  15. Preparation of international meetings (coordination of materials, presentations...)
  16. Other tasks as required by the marketing department.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Education

  1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and related disciplines from an accredited institution.
  2. English – advanced level is the minimum.
  3. Other languages are a plus.

Experience

  1. High level of understanding of the grooming industry (ideally from haircare sector).
  2. Positive, dynamic, and confident.
  3. Structured thinker, at the same time articulate.
