Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German, Spanish, or other languages are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in managing social media and digital marketing tools.

The leading sports resort in Europe offers more than 30 different sports and fitness activities for everyone who wants to get fit, stay fit, or prepare for a sports event. Located in a picturesque bay next to the fishing village of Las Playitas on the beach, the resort provides state-of-the-art facilities such as a heated Olympic pool, a bike centre with the latest road and mountain bikes, 5 tennis courts, 4 padel courts, 2 multicourts, a climbing wall with 5 levels of difficulty, a boxing ring, indoor hall, a 700m² gym, outdoor fitness park, and an 18-hole golf course. We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional to support and implement sales and marketing strategies, focusing on hospitality and sports tourism sectors. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who enjoys building client relationships and aims to enhance brand visibility and revenue in both domestic and international markets.

Your responsibilities
MARKETING
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns targeting leisure travelers, corporate clients, and sports organizations.
  • Support management of social media platforms and create engaging content to promote resort offerings.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose innovative strategies.
  • Create, update, and manage content for online and offline platforms.
  • Oversee sourcing and management of merchandise and branded materials.
  • Coordinate corporate photo and video shoots.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns and event communications.
  • Lead the Playitas Nature team, including setting and following up on yearly objectives.
  • Coordinate the Travelife sustainability certification process.
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients such as corporate groups, travel agencies, sports federations, and event planners.
  • Support creation of customized proposals for events, retreats, camps, and group bookings.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and conduct follow-ups with leads and partners.
  • Represent the resort at tourism fairs, industry workshops, and networking events.
  • Work with reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of bookings.
  • Monitor market trends to identify sales growth opportunities.
  • Promote cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German, Spanish, or other European languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing.
  • Proficient with design tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut.
  • Highly organized with multitasking skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Affinity for sports and active lifestyle is advantageous.
