Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Marbella is hiring an Assistant Manager who blends strategy, operations and people leadership to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise daily store routines, train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, maintain visual displays and motor omni-channel orders while upholding brand culture.

CEFR B2 English and Spanish are required, along with a Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory customer-facing experience.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
