Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations—including opening and closing routines—and enhance efficiency across store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floor‑set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and they serve as talent leaders by recruiting, training, engaging, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non‑management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
