We’re looking for a reliable and upbeat Assistant Manager to join our friendly team! We’re a locals’ bar with plenty of familiar faces, a great atmosphere, and a strong community vibe.

Right now, we’re a team of 7, but with exciting plans to open all day in the near future, we’re expanding to a team of 10 – and we need the right person to help us grow.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys being part of the action. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and roll up your sleeves to deliver excellent service on the floor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the day-to-day running of the bar

Leading shifts and ensuring smooth, efficient service

Cashing up and basic reporting

Stock monitoring and ordering

Supporting and training team members

Delivering great customer service (you’ll be waitressing too!)

Helping organise and run events or promotions

Stepping up when the manager is off

About You:

Experience in a busy bar or pub environment

Confident leading a team and working under pressure

Friendly, reliable, and approachable

Happy to muck in with the team – no job too big or small

Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
