About the role

As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations centre. You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.
You work closely with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.

• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sector
• Hands‑on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations
• Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear technical communication, calm structured approach under pressure, and a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Availability to travel up to 20% of the time, if required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written), willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.

Ways of working

You work on a rotating weekday shift schedule (Monday to Friday), covering morning and afternoon shifts.
You also take part in an on‑call rotation for occasional weekend and public holiday support.

Position Purpose

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life! Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise.

What to expect

• Recruit doctors and follow‑up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow‑up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
