Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en un rol similar en la industria hotelera.
• Grado en Finanzas, Economía o similar requerido.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar y entrenar al equipo de finanzas.
• Coordinar auditorías internas y externas, asegurando el cumplimiento.

What You Will Do

1. Supervise and train the finance team
2. Supervise and manage Accounting processes and periodic reports
3. Ensure the accuracy of financial statements
4. Coordinate the process of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closures
5. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations
6. Work closely with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operations
7. Supervision and submission of monthly tax declarations
8. Control and supervision of the Electronic box
9. Manage cash flow.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics or similar
• 3+ years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Advanced in Excel and ERP tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Cool under pressure.
• Detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
