Join MDPI AG as an Editorial Trainee in Barcelona, where you will work closely with Managing Editors and advance to an Assistant Editor. You will start as an Editorial Trainee working closely with our Managing Editors to learn the process of handling papers from submission to publication. Upon successful completion of your traineeship, you will be appointed as an Assistant Editor. We seek individuals passionate about disseminating scientific knowledge and motivated to contribute to open access publishing. Depending on your scientific background, you will be assigned to relevant fields such as macronutrients, micronutrients, essential nutrients, bioactive nutrients, nutrient requirements, nutrient sources, human nutrition, functional foods, nutraceuticals, health claims, public health, diet-related disorders, metabolic syndrome, malnutrition, nutritional supplements, sports nutrition, nutritional status and body composition, bariatric surgery, sarcopenia, nutrigenomics, and more.
Your role involves executing editorial tasks for journals within your expertise, including organizing the review process, overseeing editorial decisions, and managing communication among involved parties.
