Formación

  • Current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification required.
  • Experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid and Child Protection Training.

As the Assistant Director of Green Leaves Early Learning Cloverton, your role is key in building a positive, warm, fun, and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across all that we do! You will use your leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

Day-to-day you can :

Ideally, you will hold :

  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
  • A current State-relevant Working with Children's Check
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator
  • Knowledge of platforms like Qikkids and Storypark (or similar)
  • Proven experience with Humanforce, Qikkids, Storypark, and Facebook
