We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Business Development division and contribute to improving people's lives.

As part of the Sacyr Concesiones development team, the Assistant Project Manager – Project Development ( APM ) will assist with the P3 bidding process from a developer / equity investor perspective on social and transportation projects across various regions.

Responsibilities include :

  • Supporting the coordination and management of P3 bidding processes from start to finish.
  • Negotiating equity teaming and project bidding agreements.
  • Managing engagement with developer and lender advisors.
  • Preparing RFQ submissions.
  • Developing bid management plans and project schedules.
  • Collaborating with project teams on bid deliverables related to finance, design, construction, and operations.
  • Negotiating contractual terms with the legal team.
  • Coordinating project financing with finance teams and lenders.
  • Developing project costing with relevant teams.
  • Maintaining relationships with partners, advisors, and clients.
  • Preparing reports on bid progress and market assessments.
  • Performing other tasks to support development activities.
  • Traveling regularly for meetings.

Candidate profile :

  • Degree in civil or industrial engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Quick learner with flexibility, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Self-starter capable of working in team environments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Understanding of P3 contractual frameworks.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with P3 deals is a plus.
