Formación

• 1-2 años de experiencia en el departamento de marketing dentro de un negocio FMCG.
• Capacidad para implementar nuevos proyectos con energía y liderazgo.

Responsabilidades

• Análisis mensual de ventas y seguimiento de tendencias del mercado.
• Implementar proyectos clave de los planes de marketing anuales.

An Assistant Brand Manager position within a young and dynamic team to work in our Company biggest Brand, Ultima. The candidate will be supporting Ultima Brand and will help create best in class marketing plans and strategies to achieve yearly brand business plans.

What you will do

The candidate will be supporting OGBUGlobal Brandsteam in creating best marketing plans and strategies and activate brand business plans working closely with other departments such as R&D and packaging, local markets & external agencies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Monthly analysis of sales (sell-in, sell-out & consumer data) of the brands, competitors and new trends follow up.
2. Identify and implement solutions and improvement areas.
3. Support on the assessment and definition of the annual marketing plans.
4. Implement the key projects of the annual marketing plans: New product development, product changes, packaging design, communication development, etc…in order to boost brand profitable growth.
5. Manage the interaction with operations, local markets & external agencies.

What we are looking for

1. High University degree in Business Administration, Marketing
2. 1/2 year experience in Marketing Department within a FMCG business
3. Leadership & Energy to implement new projects
4. Analytical skills (Office, Nielsen, Kantar knowledge will be valued)
5. Autonomy & Proactivity
6. Fluent English / Knowledge of FR, SP and / or IT would be valued
