Job Description

• Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of the Bar Team, ensuring smooth and profitable bar operations.
• Inspire and lead the bar team to deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations, creating a memorable guest experience.
• Mentor and develop the skills of the bar team in mixology and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals.
• Assist with scheduling, sales incentives, training, and other outlet responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and a motivated team.
• Evaluate and improve bar offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
• Create and promote bar menus to increase revenue.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and all equipment is operational.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Assistant Bar Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role within a luxury brand.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, outgoing personality, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Passion for creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails, with a deep understanding of mixology, ingredients, and techniques.
