Assets Integrity Manager
Mission
Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, operation, and handover of the plant to the client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
Tasks
- Review contractual documentation
- Verify that the precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, training, and operation requirements are incorporated into engineering documents.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling. Prepare and update the precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, and operation plans, including personnel mobilization.
- Supervise the preparation of procedures/manuals for precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, training, operation, and handover.
- Review test run (performance test) procedures and operating manuals.
- Review and define the schedule and responsibilities of licensors/vendors related to precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, and operation activities.
- Assist the Services Purchasing and Subcontracting Department in defining subcontractor scope of work.
- Supervise the preparation of the integrated schedule for precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, and operation, including logistics and control tools.
- Participate in project review meetings to ensure compliance with commissioning and operation requirements.
- Support the HSE Manager in areas within their responsibility and in preparing the HSE Plan.
- Verify the preparation of the HSE Plan for precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, and operation.
- Participate in HAZOP review meetings as necessary
- Ensure the preparation and review of purchase requisitions and technical evaluations within your scope.
- Review 3D models for compliance with precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operation needs, focusing on accessibility and operability.
- Define commissioning system priorities and handover procedures.
- Review and define spare parts and consumables for commissioning.
- Verify KPIs during home office activities.
- Support vessel operations in compliance with national and international laws (Classification society, IMO, Solas, ISPS, MARPOL, etc.).
Requirements
Qualifications required include:
- Experience with FPSO projects is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years in similar roles.
- International experience in Angola, Africa, Brazil is advantageous.
- Experience with companies like Total, SHELL, Saipem, SONANGOL, BP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Willingness to relocate to Angola (non-rotational contract).

- Duration: 12 months (renewable)
- Work/leave rotation: 51 days of paid holidays annually (prorated)
- Working hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
