Job Description : Retail Associate

Responsibilities :

  • Represent our company brands and products to consumers.
  • Serve consumers and share product information to help them find suitable products.
  • Support the flow of products into the store and onto the sales floor for optimal representation and accessibility.
  • Contribute to store profitability through accurate and efficient process execution.
  • Assist the Store Leadership team in supporting our company's mission.

How You'll Make a Difference :

  • Maintain store and visual merchandising cleanliness and safety standards; restock merchandise from inventory locations.
  • Perform cash register transactions efficiently and accurately; connect consumers to loyalty programs.
  • Support store profitability by accurately processing incoming and outgoing products.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; assist with buying decisions.
  • Acquire necessary knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs to execute daily operations.
  • Qualifications :

  • No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a related position.
  • Experience interacting with and serving customers.
  • Skill operating inventory and POS systems and other retail software tools.
  • Minimum age : 16 years old.
  • Proficiency in English or other languages.
  • Job Conditions :

  • Active environment requiring constant movement; may involve lifting items up to 40 lbs., using specialized equipment, and exposure to dust and noise.
  • Occasional work in various settings.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally.
