SplitMetrics Agency seeks an ASO Manager to drive organic growth for client apps worldwide. You’ll own semantic core, localizations, metadata, and creative concepts, guiding A/B tests and reporting on movements in installs.

You will work in a remote-first environment with a focus on data-driven decisions, cross-market keyword strategies, and collaboration with in-house teams and clients.

Formación

• 2+ years running ASO for live apps in different domains.
• Hands-on App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Keyword research at scale across multiple markets.
• A/B testing experience on at least one store.
• Familiar with ASO tools in daily use.
• English at B2 or above.
• Strong forecasting and KPI-tracking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic growth end to end for client apps: semantic core, metadata across localizations, creative concepts, A/B tests, and monthly performance reviews.
• Audit new client apps, size opportunities, and build roadmaps from niche analysis and internal experiments.
• Build and maintain keyword sets for App Store and Google Play across all client markets.
• Write and iterate titles, subtitles, keywords, and descriptions for regional search behavior.
• Brief the Design Studio on icons, screenshots, and app preview videos.
• Design A/B tests across Product Page Optimization and Google Play; read results and report learnings.
• Manage monthly client calls, presentations, and day-to-day communication.
