Job summary

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and clear communication in a diverse, global team. Fluent French is required, with good English, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks: documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
