Pandora Jewelry in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. This full-time role focuses on inviting doctors to participate in market research studies and building engagement with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
