Lodgerin is the first platform that simplifies international mobility processes, creating a digital ecosystem for organizations and accommodation owners. We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Assistant! Some of your tasks will include supporting the Marketing Team with:

  • Writing, translating, and editing engaging content for blogs, landing pages, presentations, flyers, e-books, lead magnets, and other marketing materials.
  • Video content: editing and adapting content for social media and brand videos.
  • Producing visual content such as infographics, videos, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Assisting with merchandising and production of materials.
  • Supporting award application submissions.
  • Helping organize and execute events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and engage with potential customers.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of the SEO strategy and action plan.
  • Organizing webinars.
  • Other tasks related to the marketing area.

Requirements:

  • A bilingual level of English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and skills in graphic design programs such as Canva, Adobe and Figma
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Hubspot
  • Experience with CMS such as Wordpress, Webflow...
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Basic understanding of other languages such as Italian, French...
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
