Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to recruit and engage doctors for our market research panel in Madrid. You will build trust with Healthcare Professionals, handle recruitment, and provide follow-up on questionnaires. Diversity, inclusion, and collaboration are core to our team.

The role focuses on building a stable doctor pool, maintaining up-to-date records, and supporting queries throughout the recruitment process. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Madrid hub.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; engage doctors to join the panel.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and panel participation.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation targets using multiple channels and arguments.
