Uber's regional marketing teams play a critical role in establishing deep connections with the markets and communities we operate in today. Representing the frontline of our business, regional marketers work closely with cross-functional regional stakeholders (Comms, Policy, Ops, etc.) to bring our products and brand strategy to life. They work closely with regional and global stakeholders to define regional priorities, owning region-specific marketing efforts, and managing activations of global toolkits.

In this role you will help drive world-class integrated marketing strategy and plans that create brand impact and drive growth for our business. Collaborating with Operations, Social Media, Communications, and Performance Marketing teams, you will help execute impactful campaigns that drive user interaction through our paid and owned channels in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a strategic understanding of market priorities (business targets, P&L priorities, and segmentation), and help generate marketing strategies and plans that align to both the market priorities and the global brand strategy.
  • Analyze the state of the market and brand, and develop deep user insights and understanding.
  • Identify local marketing needs and opportunities aligned with business priorities.
  • Work cross functionally and with agencies to develop and execute campaigns across owned and paid channels.
  • Help plan and carry out brand campaigns and activations to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Based on global marketing strategy, adapt, localize, and / or 'pulse up' initiatives to align with market and regional strategies, taking into account the local specifics and culture.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Social Media, Communications, and Performance Marketing teams to maximize the impact of user acquisition and engagement efforts.

  • Experience working with or managing creative and media agencies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiencies.
  • Hands-on and solution-driven mindset to operationalize projects quickly.
  • Self-motivation and drive. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting to push projects to completion.
  • Ability to work flexibly across both lines of business-Mobility and Delivery-based on project needs.
  • Native Spanish speaker with strong English verbal and written communication skills.
