Protecnium, an international firm specializing in engineering and technical services, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in Mérida, Badajoz, Extremadura.

Starting date is November 2026. This temporary role, through Protecnium España, covers a leave of absence for about 2–4 months with potential for permanent extension based on performance and business needs. The position is 100% office-based with Friday afternoons remote.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or psychology or similar field.
• Experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and HR software.
• English level at least B2/C1.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recruitment support for vacancies across Spain and internationally.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, language filters, and identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and ATS; refine CV formatting.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for short- and long-term staffing needs.
