Job Description:

1. Job Mission

Customer Service support / Technical support

2. Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Solving technical problems
  2. Create offers (repairs, maintenance, mountings, etc.)
  3. Search for parts for the offers, create these parts in SAP if not existing
  4. Review and control mechanics hours together with workshop manager
  5. Control Service Orders: time, materials, costs, follow up on pending materials
  6. Control Service Orders once finished prior to invoicing
  7. Coordinate with factory contacts for technical and quality questions
  8. Manage maintenance contracts
  9. Provide technical support to mechanics for repairs and problem-solving
  10. Create quality reports
3. Job Characteristics

Provide technical support for problem-solving and guide service technicians in repairs, parts search, and estimating hours. Offer technical assistance to end customers and proactively seek new repairs and contracts.
