For the office of adesso Spain, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with a strong background in DevOps and Release Management to join our international team.

This position offers the possibility of remote work, prioritizing candidates based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Sevilla / Jerez to facilitate collaboration and office presence when needed.

Main Responsibilities :

• Define and implement comprehensive release management strategies tailored to Salesforce projects.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI / CD pipelines for Salesforce environments, including deployments of metadata, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage version control and branching strategies using tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
• Oversee release planning, branching, merging, and deployment workflows across multi-stage environments (sandbox, testing, production).
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of CI / CD processes with Agile methodologies.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of code through static analysis tools and automated testing.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps and Release Management, focusing on CI / CD tools.
• 3+ years of prior experience as a developer, ideally in Salesforce (Apex, LWC).
• Expertise in CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar for Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of branching, merging, versioning strategies, and release planning.
• Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English is required to work 100% in an international and multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

• Experience with test automation tools such as SonarQube, Selenium, or Provar.
• Knowledge of static analysis tools (e.g., PMD, Checkmarx) and performance monitoring.
• Basic understanding of data integration flows and architecture in Salesforce ecosystems.
