As a Waiter or Waiter Assistant at La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel you are part of a team that shapes the culinary experience of our guests. In this role, you will master the art of delivering exceptional service and gastronomic and beverage experience. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Providing exceptional and personalized service.
• Anticipating our guests' needs and responding effectively and appropriately to their concerns or requests.
• Know 100% of our product and complementary offerings in food and drink, and to apply the company's service standards.

What You Bring:

• Experience providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately, and communicate with the kitchen and other staff members.
