You will help maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and work with the store team to drive sales and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

No formal education is required; high school diploma preferred; prior retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in retail or related role.
• Basic proficiency with inventory and POS systems and retail software tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing issues about product features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately and efficiently.
• Support store profitability by receiving, replenishing, and processing product flow.
